I like birding and going to concerts and once saw a guy break the world record in asteroids at a 7-eleven when I was about 8. It was really hot inside, and even though other kids stopped watching, I stayed with the guy for hours, just tunin’ in to that cool asteroids rhythm that is both random and recognizeably choatic in its background attack. I clearly remember going back home that day around 4pm, and seeing Pres. Ronald Reagan visiting somebody on the next block. For a long time I was certain he was trying to go to see the guy at the 7-eleven trying to break the asteroids world-record.

He didn’t – and really missed out – cause that guy is to this day the super champion of asteroids the world over, and Reagan – he won’t get another chance to see that happen.
