Due to overwhelming demand by American audiences, Empire Of The Sun are proud to announce brand new U.S. headline and festival tour dates for September, a further testament to the monumental impact of their amazing live shows and their debut album, Walking On A Dream. In addition to headlining the Coachella Outdoor Theatre as well as Perry’s World at Lollapalooza in the last year, they also sold out two nights at NYC’s 3,000 capacity Terminal 5 as well as four nights at LA’s The Music Box (Henry Fonda Theatre). The electro-psychedelic project is led by Luke Steele, the enigmatic wunderkind behind Australia's The Sleepy Jackson.  Exotic, lavish, larger-than-life, Walking On A Dream is a bold, visionary and quite brilliant album, which manages to sound exhilaratingly contemporary, audaciously forward-looking, yet also curiously archaic all at once.
